COBB GRILL BREAKFAST RECIPE,
12 Eggs (whisked together)
Salt and Pepper
Baby Tomatoes (small basket)
2 Handfuls Fresh Basil
Prepare your COBB Grill and light a CobbleStone and wait a few minutes until it has turned grey. Or, if you don’t have a CobbleStone on hand, ready your briquettes. Place Wok and Dome Lid on COBB Grill and let heat up for at least 5 minutes.
- Butter Wok.
- Season egg mixture with salt and pepper and add to Wok, stirring constantly until half cooked. Then add tomatoes, basil, and mozzarella.
- Place dome lid back on and cook for approximately 5 minutes until done.
Serve with fresh basil and/or add your favorite spices.
