Delivery

Delivery times are between 3-7 working days in the United States. Orders for $150 or more in the lower 48 states ships for free. All orders below $150.00 are subject to a delivery fee. The delivery fee for orders under $150 is $9.95 for most products and $3.95 for products weighing 3 ounces or less.

Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, American Samoa, Puerto Rico, Northern Mariana Islands, US Virgin Islands, and US Minor Outlying Islands will be $29.95 for most products and $9.95 for products weighing 3 ounces or less.

We reserve the right to contact customers and arrange alternative delivery methods, timelines and locations should their delivery address be remote or to cancel the order if the delivery is not feasible. We also reserve the right to increase the delivery fee amount if the delivery address is remote.

Returns

If your COBB or accessory has been damaged in transit, please contact us immediately.

Most new, unopened items may be returned within 90 days of shipment for a full refund. We’ll pay return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (ex: incorrect or defective item). We guarantee our products to be of the highest commercial grade quality available. We stand behind every product that we sell.

Refunds are generally processed within two weeks of receipt at COBB Grill America from the return shipper. We strive to make refunds more quickly. Refund processing includes the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days) and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Protection Policy

If for whatever reason, you are not happy with the quality of the COBB or the COBB accessory you have purchased, you may return the item/s for a full refund (less return freight) provided that the item/s is/are in new, unused condition. A further condition is that goods must be returned within 14 days of receipt by you.
