How COBB works
Dome: made from stainless steel with a heat-resistant handle. The holes ensure even ventilation throughout the cooking process, creating an oven-like effect.
Grid Grill: has an easy to clean Teflon® non-stick coating. Excess fat drains away through the holes and into the moat.
Fire Grid: a secured area for the Cobblestone or loose charcoal briquettes.
Stainless Steel Moat: catches all excess fat and can also be used for cooking vegetables.

Base:features anti-slip rubber feet to keep the base stable and cool to touch during use.
The COBB comes with an instruction manual. All parts are replaceable and can be sold separately. Every component of the COBB is dishwasher safe except for the base.
