2 Tbsp Smoked Paprika
1 Tbsp Regular Paprika
1 Tbsp Dried Origanum
1 Tbsp Fennel Seeds
1 Tsp Coriander Seeds
1 Tsp Ground Black Pepper
1 Tsp Garlic Salt
1 Clove Garlic
Zest of Half Lemon
5 Tbsp Olive Oil
Method
- Grind dried spices together in a pestle and mortar. You can store this ground powder mix in an airtight container for up to 3 months.
- To make the fresh spice paste, add lemon zest, garlic, and olive oil. Mix well.
Serving Suggestion
Save dried spice mix and only add lemon zest, garlic, and olive oil when you are ready to serve. This way, you get a fresh spice mix every time!
