12 Graham Cracker Sheets,
1 1/2 Cups Chocolate Chips
2 1/2 Cups Mini Marshmallows
Prepare your COBB Grill and light a CobbleStone and wait a few minutes until it has turned grey. Or, if you don’t have a CobbleStone on hand, ready your briquettes. Place Wok and Dome Lid on COBB Grill and let heat up for at least 5 minutes.
- Break each graham cracker sheet into four pieces and lay half of them in an even layer in the Wok.
- Scatter half of the chocolate chips and then half of the marshmallows on top of the graham crackers.
- Repeat by layering the rest of the graham crackers, chocolate chips, and then marshmallows.
- Cover with the Dome Lid and allow to bake for around 10 minutes, or until the marshmallows are melted and have begun to brown. Serve immediately.
Put a twist on the classic s’mores flavor by substituting the chocolate chips for your favorite candy bars such as peanut butter cups or caramel filled chocolates. You can even swap out the graham crackers for different cookies or crackers to further customize it.
