The new COBB Grill Pizza Stone is large enough to bake a 10” pizza or flatbread.
The stone helps to prevent burning on the bottom and distribute heat evenly for perfect browning and a crispy crust. It will also be ideal for baking cookies or bread rolls or to use under the Bread Pan. Acts as a heat diffuser. It is best to use the stone with a Fenced Roast Rack (not included), which, in turn, should be installed on the Grill Grid (not included). The pizza stone is not dishwasher safe.
The Pizza Stone is compatible with all the round Premier COBB grills.
