These appear to be way too large to fit my "original" COBB. I've emailed COBB to inquire if they can be used with my ancient, black-plastic-base COBB but I haven't received a response from anyone.

It's amazing they don't melt sooner! Based on our Cobblestone orders, we used our grill about 110 times over the past 3-1/2 years before one or two of these little things gave way and needed to be replaced. They are a little difficult to press into position, but once they slip into the clips on the plastic ring (which also needed replacing) they were very securely in place. They are inexpensive enough that they are probably worth replacing every couple of years, whether you think they need it or not; especially if you are a frequently use your grill.

Are COBB accessories interchangeable between models?

COBB accessories are designed to fit one of two grill shapes: Round or Oval.

Round accessories are compatible with:
• Premier+
• Premier Air
• Pro

Oval accessories are made for:
• Supreme

Accessories aren’t universal — but we make it simple. Each one is clearly labeled with compatible models, so you’ll always know exactly what fits your grill.

Which accessories do I need to get started?

That depends on how — and what — you want to cook! Each accessory unlocks a different cooking style, so you can build your setup around the meals you love.

You’ve got options:

1. Start with a grill — every COBB comes standard with one or two core accessories. Add more as you go, based on what you want to cook.

2. Go all in — grab the Supreme Combo or Kitchen-in-a-Box, which includes the grill plus all the top accessories in one bundle.

Here’s a quick guide to what each accessory helps you do:

Grill: Grill Grid, BBQ Kit, Griddle+

Fry: Frying Pan, Wok

Boil: Wok

Smoke: Fenced Roast Rack

Are the accessories dishwasher safe?

Yes — most COBB accessories are dishwasher safe, making cleanup a breeze. This includes the dome, grill grid, fire basket, steel bowl, and many of our stainless steel accessories. However, we recommend checking the specific care instructions for each accessory, as some items, like the pizza stone, may require hand washing to maintain their quality. Always allow accessories to cool completely before cleaning, and avoid using abrasive scrubbers to keep them in top shape.
